We appreciate your interest in our company.
The following information regards the contractual relationship which begins the moment the booking is confirmed.
- 1) Bookings must take place through the form on our website or through our phone numbers.
- 2) Zenit Travel SPA will send confirmation of the booking or a quotation of your required program.
- 3) The contract will become active once you receive an email confirmation from us.
2. Booking and Payment
For one-day trips 100% payment is required for booking confirmations.
For two or more days Taylor Made trips, a 25% payment in advanced is required for booking confirmation.
The remaining 75% of the trip must be paid in full 30 days before the scheduled date of the tour.
Booking made within 30 days before the date of the trip must be paid in full at once.
The payment can be made as a deposit in our bank account in Chilean pesos, through PayPal or Web Pay or in cash at our office in Pucón.
For WebPay payment by credit card, a 3% fee will be added to the value of the program.
Bookings will be confirmed after payment is received and acknowledged by the company.
For dollar payments, you can transfer through our banking account using our SWIFT Code.

**Transfer fees will be charge of the customer.
3. Booking cancellation policy
In the case of a booking cancellation, the refund will vary according to the date of the cancellation. Payments already made to external providers will not be refunded.
For 1-day programs, if the booking cancellation is made more than 30 days after the program started, 75% of the payment will be refunded.
If the cancellation takes place between 30 and 5 days before the program, 50% of the payment will be refunded. If the booking cancellation is made within 5 days before the program starts, there will be no refund.
For more than one day programs or Taylor Made programs, booking cancellation with more than 70 days in advance will entitle the customer to a 100% refund.
If the cancellation is between 69 and 30 days before the program starts, 50% of the payment will be refund.
If the booking is cancelled within the 29 days before the program, there will be no reimbursement from Zenit Travel SPA.
In case of force majeure, Zenit Travel reserves the right to cancel trips.
In such cases, customers will be entitled to a 100% refund. Additional expenses will not be reimbursed.
* Transfer fees will always be deducted from reimbursements
** For all purposes, terms are calculated using banking days.
*** The refund policy of services contracted to external providers, such as hotels or others, will be clarified upon confirmation.
4. Passenger responsibilities
Changes to the requested program after booking confirmation will depend on availability. The additional costs generated by these changes must be paid by the customer.
Zenit Travel recommends to contract personal travel insurance in your country of origin.
Zenit Travel contracts the insurance policies according to Chilean Law. Circumstances not covered by this regulation are not within Zenit Travel´s liability.
Relevant health conditions, that may generate a contingency for Zenit Travel SPA, as well to our other passengers, must be communicated to our team before each trip.
In case of a health condition, that we consider hazardous for the physical integrity of the passenger or other participants of the program, Zenit Travel reserves the right of admission without refund.
All passengers over 65 years old must complete a medical report which will be evaluated by our team.
6. Passenger information privacy
Passenger’s personal information will be of strictly confidential use by Zenit Travel SPA.
7. Company’s Liability
By this document, Zenit Travel SPA declares the company will not be liable for the damages that could eventually take place for actions or events which are not within its responsibility, such as weather events, criminal action from third parties, terrorism, etc.
The customer understands and accepts that, after the program has been confirmed and before it´s execution, Zenit Travel SPA may introduce schedule changes due to logistic situations, as long as these modifications are not relevant for the integrity of the program. In such cases, passengers will be notified in advance.
